With over 30 years of experience in the SSTS industry I observed a strong need for consumer education of what a residential septic system is and what septic companies offer in their maintenance. With this observation I set out to offer such a service and started Apple Septic. PROPER maintenance is key in system longevity and avoidance of costly repairs. This simple idea of educating the consumer of code requirements and an in depth initial system review, first hand with the customer on site, is what sets Apple Septic apart from other septic companies. Knowledge builds trust and long term relationships, it’s as simple as that. You never have to take our “word” for it, Apple will SHOW you how it’s meant to be done per state codes and best practices. You will be given the simple math formula prior to taking measurements and actually watch us take those measurements to determine if your system needs to be pumped and all the steps, checks, and suggestions that goes along with the process, this is why we ask the customer be available for this first servicing of your system. In follow up service visits you can be assured Apple will follow through and follow those same guidelines and process you observed in our initial visit. Some may choose to be present in follow up visits to observe the condition of there system first hand while others choose to rely on Apple to take one less “To Do” thing off their list. We will NEVER cut corners or make suggested unnecessary repairs.

Soon we will be going a step further and helping those who wish to make simple repairs themselves by offering repair parts directly on this website with simple instructions on how to achieve those basic repairs SAFELY. We currently do this while on site as part of our normal service with the mutual goal of protecting our ground water and properly maintaining your SSTS (SubSurface Treatment System), phone consultations are always free.
